Assures buildings are operating profitably and safely; and compliant with all government permits and licneses.
Prepares periodic management and maintenance reports.
Reports to the Property Manager
Supervises activites of a pool of maintenance technicians.
Prepares recommendations for improvements, terms of reference, and projects outsourcing.
Project management.
