Qualifications:
A graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
Has at least 3 years of facility maintenance, building management or project management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of building and ground maintenance
In charge of the basic services such as utilities, housekeeping, garbage collection
Oversee admin operations and vehicle maintenance
Handle special projects such as creation of temporary facilities, renovation of commercial spaces and re-open units for sale
