Job Qualifications:
Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII Holder
With at least 1 year experience as Mall Multi-skilled Personnel
With welding skills (SMAW) is a plus factor
Willing to respond across multiple sites within Metro Cebu area
Job Description:
Conducts common electrical works in the building such as responding to tenant power concerns, installation of temporary electrical provisions to short-term tenants and minor electrical installations
Assists with technical works such as carpentry, air-conditioning, plumbing, declogging, fire protection, and welding works
Conducts regular readings on building and tenants' electrical consumptions
Assists 3rd party contractors during major projects/repairs mobilization
Assists other non-critical engineering works under the supervision of Building Engineer
