Permanent contract Full Time
The Building Maintenance Staff under direction of the Human Resources and Administration Manager and is in charge of performing a variety of tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and other general maintenance tasks. He is also responsible for the improvement of the facility and the prevention of losses due to poor maintenance.
Qualifications:
a. College Graduate of any 4-year degree or relevant Vocational course;
b. Knowledge of building maintenance and repair methods, materials, equipment;
c. Attention to detail (mechanical and electrical system);
d. Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
e. Problem solving skills;
f. Ability to work carefully;
g. Ability to work under pressure;
h. Complaint management ( ability to handle co-employees' complaints and grievances);
i. Time management (ability to meet multiple deadlines);
j. Ability to work with a variety of people;
