We are currently hiring: Building/Construction Surveyor
 
Requirements:
Graduate of any course (Civil or Geodetic Engineering)
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Having worked in surveying/geodetic surveys is a plus
Analytical with good communication skills
Honest, people oriented & able to work with minimum supervision
Adaptable to systems and procedures
Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
Executes verification-relocation and topographic survey of the project site.
Establishes horizontal and vertical control points, reference elevation and lay-out of gridlines.
Prepares lay-out of excavation lines and monitoring of the elevation to be cut or fill.
Conducts as-built survey of columns, shear walls, core walls, pre-cast walls, partition walls, stairs, beams, girders etc.
