• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the building and its systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise repair and renovation projects, Delegate tasks to the maintenance team for optimal productivity, conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, promptly addressing damage or issues.
• Establish and enforce cleanliness standards and protocols for the facility, Design and maintain workspaces that enhance productivity and well-being for all employees.
• Ensure the facility's layout, lighting, and temperature control contribute to a comfortable and productive work environment, collaborate with relevant departments to address specific needs and preferences of employees.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and security measures to protect the facility and its occupants, Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain security, including access control and surveillance, Coordinate and schedule with external service providers, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repair services.
• Evaluate vendor compliance with safety and quality standards, ensure vendor compliance with safety and quality standards, maintain comprehensive records of job orders, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
• Provide regular updates to management on the facility's status, ongoing projects, and machinery issues.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Licensed Electrical engineer with extensive experience in hi-rise building maintenance but not limited to electrical maintenance work.
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of buildings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other MEP design software.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hotel and building projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
