QUALIFICATIONS 
Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Electrical Engineering
Professional License is required
Experience in Building and Facilities Management, Engineering Maintenance Services
Also, with background in property management, client relations, finance and negotiation
Preferably at Supervisor Level with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Building and Facilities Engineer, your creativity will need to be at work as you build strategies to fill out the tenants of your mall assignment. You will not only be required to fill out the tenants but your mall should have the best tenant mix that will attract consumers in your area.
Ensures all mall facilities and equipment's (escalators, A/C units, etc.) are in good working condition at all times.
Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/ predictive maintenance.
Identifies proactive maintenance and asset reliability improvement of process and projects.
Confers with the supervisory personnel, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance and safety.
Develops processes and procedures on proper maintenance of physical, electrical and plumbing asset.
Ensures improvement in reliability of facilities.
Ensures a complete and updated facility maintenance records.
Recommends new maintenance programs that can be possibly implemented in the mall.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Prepare all pertinent documents and permits needed in the mall operations.
Perform other functions as deemed necessary.
