Job Description
Proven track record of managing construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams, subcontractors, and clients
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
Licensed Civil Engineer preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
