BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Civil Engineering. Other Engineering disciplines are welcome as long as work experiences satisfy the job requirements needed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Management or Building Construction in a supervisory or managerial level
Preferably with basic knowledge of Construction Quality Assurance, and Construction Occupational Safety and Health Certification
Knowledgeable of repairs and maintenance, civil, carpentry works of building and facilities
Requires high degree of organization and planning skills; very good decision making and analytical skills
Can provide on-time delivery of service to internal clients
Has effective communication and people management skills
Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
