Job Description:
· To maintain the safeness of the building structure plus the mechanical and electrical equipment of the building.
Qualifications:
·Must be a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
· Knowledgeable in general building specifications and maintenance.
·Can interpret construction plans (vertical/building construction) such as Mechanical and electrical plan, Sanitary (plumbing) and structural Plan
·Must have at least 3 years' experience in supervisory position.
·Can lead and supervise a team of engineers to reach the common goal.
·Familiarize in Building Code.
