Gaisano Brothers Merchandising, Inc. a household name in the retail industry operating for 53 years with branches in Colon, Country Mall and in some provinces of Cebu is in need of:
 
BUILDING ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
 
This role is primarily responsible for Property Operations Maintenance and Energy Costs of Gaisano Country Mall
Liaises with management on property operations maintenance issues
Ensures the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment under his jurisdiction in Boiler, Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Kitchen, Refrigeration, HVAC, and the auxiliaries of the establishment.
Ensures coordination with other operating departments in the implementation of repair and maintenance schedule.
Performs daily rounds of inspection in the entire building, giving particular attention to defective or deficient life safety features and observes closely the condition of all operating facilities and equipment.
Controls closely the daily consumption of utilities and immediate rectification if abnormalities encountered.
Implements preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation programs, safety programs, environmental and pollution control programs of the building
Maintains effectively water treatment of utilities within the prescribed parameters.
Maintains ample amount of fuels, spare parts, materials and supplies necessary to carry out an efficient and effective day-to-day operations
Supervises closely and implement strictly all applicable rules of safety at the workplace
Qualifications:
Licensed Electrical Engineer
With at least 2-3 years of related work experience 
Flexible and can work under pressure
