QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional in Engineering (Civil) or any equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in purchasing, dealing and negotiation
Preferably Supervisor/2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Must have good technical and management skills.
Have a good moral character and ability to take initiatives.
Trainable and flexible to carry on other work load.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Daily monitoring and updates of Preventive Maintenance Program (A/C, Mechanical, Electrical and Structure of Building)
Daily monitoring and updates of Preventive maintenance (Public Area & Offices)
Supervises and manages building operations, maintenance/personnel, upgrading, repair, Installation/construction work, within jurisdictional area.
Conducts inspection to determine requirements for renovation, rehabilitation, plumbing, Electrical and mechanical systems, and beautification.
Coordinates building Maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds Maintenance that effect normal building operation.
Communicated regularly with Department Head to ensure accuracy, consistency, problem solving and on-time project completion.
Manage all aspects of properties.
Conducts performance evaluation on all direct reports.
Monitor and control all Purchase Order (PO), Work Order (WO), Requisition Form (RF), and billing with respect to the property administration and management necessities.
