Qualifications:
Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years experience in building/property maintenance and administration, including supervision of security and janitorial services
Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting and repair in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
Willing to work in Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise maintenance team
Supervise security and janitorial services
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems through timely inspection and repair
Ensure company premises and facilities are kept in clean and in good condition
Implement workplace safety policies and standards
Address inquiries and concerns of tenants
