Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of Monthly budget that helps the Management in ensuring that the budget is properly allocated and efficiently used.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Timely preparation of Monthly Budget Report for HBD, SPORTS - Tornadoes and UAAGI-Parts
Accurately prepares monthly departmental expense report and submits to VP - Finance for checking and review every 10th of the month.
· Accurately identifies expense accounts which exceed budget allocation.
· Closely coordinates to concerned personnel for other expense information, clarifications and queries.
· Reviews and obtains other data needed for budget report such as post paid monitoring, service vehicle monitoring and Fleet card monitoring from FMPI Accounts payable and list of employees of UAAGI and HBD from HR Timekeeping and Compensation
· Accurately updates the schedule of data monitoring.
2. Timely and thoroughly reviews completeness of attachments, signatories and correct amount of Request for Payment (RFP) and Purchase Order (PO) of Purchasing Department of HBD and UAAGI before submitting it to VP - Finance for approval.
3. Double checks accurately the unit cost computation in the costing folder to ensure data accuracy before transmitting to Accounting Manager.
4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Head/VP for Finance.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Financial Accounting

2-4 years of work experience in the same field
