With the objectives of
1) strengthening People Engagement in CMB and
2) ensuring that operating expense budgets are closely monitored and managed, we are requesting to repurpose the EA headcount in the Office of the Head into a Budget Monitoring and People Agenda Specialist.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role entails the following tasks:
1) Assist in the execution of engagement initiatives for CMB considering the following:
-the significant number of pandemic hires that will require onboarding, engagement and culture-building (34 new hires in 2020-2021 and 29 new hires expected this year)
-equally critical to consistently engage the tenured team members as we continue to address their work pain-points and concerns
2) Support in documenting process enhancements required to drive operational efficiencies on ways of working across the CMB team
- Be the CMB POC for Globe-wide/HR-led people initiatives
- Drive timely recording of expenses and payment of billings across CMB vendors ensuring complete and timely accrual of expenses across the admin support of all divisions was being led by the Office of the Head EA prior the position being vacated opex budget is tight given the mandated tasklines, and it is therefore critical to be able to closely and accurately monitor and re-purpose monies as needed
JOB REQUIREMENT
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study
