Description
Responsibilities:
Implement budgeting policies and procedures;
• Consolidate and review the approved budget for completeness and accuracy;
• Monitor compliance of budget owners in the monthly budget justification;
• Spearhead the development of budget system comprising all budget accounts with analysis against actual spending;
• Provide assistance to superior in the preparation of forecast and analysis.
Qualifications;
1. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
2. With at least 2 years' extensive work experience in related field;
3. Detail oriented and can handle voluminous data;
4. Must have a good of the English language, oral and written and confident in preparing reports and presentations;
5. Audit experience and hands-on knowledge of automated financial and accounting software systems are plus factor;
6. Flexible and can work with minimum supervision.
