Responsibilities
Transfer new products in the Factory.
Perform product characterization.
Resolve new product and engineering build request test issues.
Qualify and correlate new test program and hardware.
Test program debug, analysis, enhancement, qualification and control.
Work with FA, Assy, FAB and Design teams on resolution of product and test issues.
Coordinate with internal MFG operations on product issues and concerns.
Perform yield, quality improvement, test optimization and test time reduction
Low yield lot analysis and disposition.
Electrical gate failure analysis and disposition
Test process improvement relative to product testing (Spec generation, FMEA, OCAP)
Customer return analysis and formulation of root cause corrective action.

Requirements
BS Degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics or Electronics.
With at least 3 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge on Analog / Digital circuits and troubleshooting skills.
Strong knowledge on Tester oriented programming language (C++)
Strong knowledge on ATE applications preferably Eagle and Power tech Testers.
Good understanding of statistical analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work in an environment where quality, cost and delivery is of utmost importance.
