Description
> Responsible for site acceptance and daily maintenance of 4G BTS site equipment.
> Be familiar with wireless network, can trouble shooting as L1 engineer, replace faulty boards and collecting and implement the network configure.
> Monitor and control the work quality and work performance of sub con engineer.
> Repair and Fix any network problem if have.
> Responsible for site acceptance of all equipment and facility of BTS site/Data Center/In-building System (IBS)
> Conduct Routine patrolling and preventive maintenance of BTS site/Data Center/Room Division after site acceptance
> Conduct corrective maintenance work and timely Fix any network problem if have
> Pay electricity bill and refill fuel to fixed generators based on DITO's work order
> Bring mobile generator to BTS sites for power generation in case of electricity power off
> WTTX 4G/5G CPE installation for DITO high-end customers
> Main responsibility includes Site acceptance, preventive maintenance work and level one corrective maintenance work of all Base Stations, Room Divisions (In-Building System), Computer Rooms in designated area of Mindanao
> Ensure to meet all kinds of maintenance KPI in terms of network availability, network outage index and mean time to restore etc.
> Ensure to follow the correct maintenance procedure and meet all kinds of maintenance KPI in terms of network availability, network quality index and mean time to restore etc.
