Broker Service & Loan Processing Experts (Australian Mortgage Broker) Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila Mortgages (Banking & Financial Services) Full-Time Position Summary The purpose of the Broker Service Expert role is to assist the broker with the completion of clients' experience from lead to post settlement. These tasks include (but not limited to) actioning both internal and external party requests, uploading or downloading supporting documentation, updating loan information, creating history notes to keep track of the status of the loan application, ensures quality of CRM data to maximise effectiveness of marketing initiative and sending of 'Hello' packs to clients. The Officer is to provide efficient handling of loan applications to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met. Responsibilities File Management, Administration and Business Development Lodge of loan applications, create new deals for (existing or new contacts) Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find Review client documents and fact-find sessions (communicate if more documents are required) and manage data entry and credit report requests. Understand lender policies associated with client product choices Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen) Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online Address lender-specific inquiries, download and email required documents for customer signatures, and complete deal submissions Coordinate with lenders, clients, and conveyancers to ensure smooth settlements Escalate applications as needed to meet settlement deadlines Provide administrative support as required Identify and propose ongoing process improvements. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Review and adjust loan submissions to meet lender requirements and ensure high submission quality Ensure data accuracy and currency across various system categories, including income, investments, expenses, and more Verify the upload of required client documents Adhere to industry regulations, including those set by ASIC Familiarize yourself with lender checklist requirements for loan submissions Broker/Stakeholder Feedback Customer Service Delivery of exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process. This communication will occur daily. Providing updates on various cases, customer and Broker/Stakeholder feedback Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1 year work experience in loan administration preferably with Australian Customer or Broker facing experience or relevant experience within a financial institution Experience in Project Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Notion etc) Experience using MyCRM, Infinity, Podium, Mercury Nexus etc Must be organized and must be able to resolve conflicting priorities and schedules Responsible and willing to take necessary actions and decisions to meet objectives Has the ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach Nice to Have Experience in HubSpot Certificate IV Financing & Mortage Brokering Benefits Permanent WFH role after initial office-based training (4 weeks) Working Hours (Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM) PH Time Equipment Provided HMO process on Day 1 Paid Time-Off Quarterly Sick-Leave conversion Paid Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG) Why Join Us ConnectOS is certified as a Great Place to Work and is a top-rated Philippines employer of choice.
