BROKER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Target attainment of Broker Channel assigned
Conducts regular product knowledge seminar and brokerage visit on weekly basis
Initiates relationship building activities with sales partners
Provides support during presentation and closing
Reviews submitted reservation documents
Collections of signed Buyers Information Sheet (Customer Information Sheet for AMI), Reservation Agreement, Floor Plan, Blow Up, Final Computation Sheet, 2 Valid Government ID with specimen signature and Reservation Fee
Effective management of social media official group- including but not limited to chat groups and Facebook pages
Ensures acceptable sales performance of local and internation roadshow
Handle sellers and accredited partners concerns
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business-related course
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of discipline
Willing to work long hours
Knowledgeable in different Microsoft Office
Can work independently
0-1 year experience
