Position Title: Broker
Classification: Encoder
Salary Grade: P13,000 - P16,000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client
Date(s): February - March 2021
Background:
- Your role will involve verifying data and reports, filling out descriptions, researching missing information, database management, and encoding.
Schedule:
- Must feel comfortable working U.S. business hours (graveyard shift)
Responsibilities:
- Setting up a user profile
- Setting up user's company / vendor and assigning to a user
- Assigning the appropriate billing parameters to each user
- Researching user data and company data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Bulk creation of users as needed via upload functionality
- Ongoing user account audits to ensure data completeness
- Updating user account based on client requests
- Regularly check for data completeness and clean-up as needed
- Account activation and sending of automated communication to clients
- Create corporate-level compliance dashboards
- Provide strategic support and customer service to users with fast turnaround times and responsiveness to all inquiries regarding updates and maintenance of accounts.
- Creation of appropriate billing profiles
- Changes to client's billing based on the instruction
- Daily running of credit card payments and reconciliation
- Demonstration, training and specific instructions to be provided
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline driven environment
- Basic database understanding or knowledge
- Data encoding or data entry experience preferred
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Organizational abilities
- Administrative skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as a part the team
