(2) BRIDGE SYSTEM ENGINEERS
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in any course
At least 1 year of experience in any industry, preferably in the IT field.
Filipino national who has excellent JP communication skills , preferred.
Japanese: native speaker, or JLPT N2 or better in professional quality.
English: native fluency or Proficient in professional environment/situations.
Knowledgeable in writing software documentation (detailed design) and test document
Skills in project management; communication skills in software development team environment, information analysis, problem solving and has the spirit of teamwork.
Understand the principles of software development.
Experience in Software development is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Involved with at least one (1) project to facilitate communication between development team and client.
Manage Japanese client relations between stakeholders involved in the project.
Understand and translate documents, especially technical specifications, from Japanese to English and vice-versa.
Expected to have adequate technical knowledge.
Receive mentorship and minimum guidance from Senior Bridge System Engineer.
To act as a bridge between Japanese clients and Philippines teams requiring English and Japanese communication support
To provide full coordination of any technical or non-technical project activities and processes
To suggest pros and cons or ideas to help clients understand the scenario and impact.
To primarily manage client relations between project teams with support of our sales and customer success teams.
To attend meetings, take down minutes and do interpretations when necessary.
To produce Japanese and /or English reports or documents as needed in the project.
To coordinate and help during client visits.
