Qualification
-Has good communication skills
-Has a decent understanding of system development designs
-Knows how to convert client specifications to well defined, and understandable system specifications
-Knowledge in Japanese Language is an advantage
-1 year up experience
Job Description
-He/She will assist in ensuring that each member delegated to her is able to achieve his/her assigned targets.
-He/She will be responsible for understanding a project's target, and ensuring that said goals are properly disseminated to the project's members.
-He/She will be included in the basic designing of system documentation, consultation, and ensuring that all parties involved are well informed.
-He/she will be a contact point between the offshore and onshore development teams.
