We are a provider of 24/7 live chat and customer service teams to over 100 eCommerce brands with 100+ employees and a great culture. We are launching a new content marketing service for eCommerce clients and building the pioneer team to build this service internally. The pioneer team will work with the first existing client while also building out the service in cooperation directly with the CEO of our company.
The pioneer team structure will include the following. (3 roles) * Client Success Manager
Brand Strategist to create the content strategy for clients and manage the content team
Content Specialist to create the content for the content strategy.
As Brand Strategist, you will also be responsible for creating the assets we'll use (i.e. Content Strategy Brief, Content Inventory, etc.) to create and execute the content strategy for the client based on content marketing frameworks from a well-known industry training program that we'll provide. These will likely be quite similar to existing agency frameworks you should have worked with in the past. You will also be responsible for creating the content strategy with the client using these assets and frameworks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following: * Experience developing Content Strategies for eCommerce brands in a marketing agency environment
Experience executing on a pioneer team for new service in a marketing agency environment
Experience creating execution assets for a pioneer service in a marketing agency environment
Experience working directly with US-based eCommerce clients via email and meetings
Be available to work within the US PST timezone with our team and initial clients, with the specific schedule TBD (between 9 am PST - 5 pm PST, M-F). Note: it begins as a part-time role with an initial client and then scales up from there. We intend to have a full-time team by the end of the 2nd quarter. As a pioneer team member, you will be able to craft the team's vision as we grow (you'll have the resources of our entire company even though this is a new service).
At least 1 year of related experience
Skills * Organized / Detail Oriented - Able to intake info quickly while recognizing key details provided and filling in missing details effectively. Able to keep multiple projects and tasks with differing and changing timelines on track.
Problem Solving / Critical Thinking / Flexibility - Able to solve day-to-day problems with little or no direction, looks beyond the obvious and can anticipate and overcome obstacles, and adapts successfully to changing project context.
Project Management- Manages at big picture / future / strategic and in depth / "today" / tactical level, w/o missing details
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Required Equipment
You must have at least TWO stable internet connections. One acts as your main internet, and backup is the other. (DSL, Broadband, or Fiber connection).*Backup can be prepaid broadband.
Minimum Computer Requirements: Laptop or Desktop with Quad-Core CPU >2.5Ghz, RAM: 8GB, HDD/SSD: 1TB + OS installed in an SSD 128GB (Preferably but not required)
External Keyboard and Mouse (if using a laptop)
Monitor with Native resolution of at least 1920p x 1080p
Headset with Mic: For team meetings, 1:1 calls, and Voice call tasks
Webcam: Mainly for team meetings & 1:1 calls.Typing Speed of at least 50 WPM
Required Virtual Office Setup
Stable high-speed internet connection (mobile internet not recommended)
Laptop or PC that can handle multiple work tools at a given time
Headset with mic and webcam for client and team meeting
Quiet and distraction-free workplace
