Brand Specialist (m/f/d)

This position is part of the Marketing Team and is responsible for supporting the Combustible Team in defining the local brand strategy and ensuring implementation in the market based on consumer centricity. Main responsibilities consist of the development of key activation & communication programs for combustible brands and the monitoring of brand performance against KPIs and key competitors in order to improve brand metrics. You will act as a brand ambassador with internal and external stakeholders.
This is what your workday with us looks like:
Support the Brand Manager in the definition and implementation of the brand strategy in the market, including providing necessary input throughout the ASP process
Develop key activation programs for a certain brand (packaging, POS visibility, and gifts materials) based on HQ guidelines, best practices, and market dynamics to maximize brand performance and ROI
Analyze program activations/results against KPIs with clear recommendations and action plans. Monitor brand evaluation metrics (brand awareness, perception, etc.) to establish brand performance over time
Prepare brand reports on a regular basis as well as ad-hoc presentations (business reviews, brand group visits, marketing presentations for cycle meetings, etc.)
Constantly observe and monitor the market environment: competitors, industry, consumer behavior. Gather data in the agreed format and communicate the findings to the Brand Manager
Control brand budget and prepare regular updates
Coordinate the cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, creative agencies and suppliers
Who you are and what you bring:
Energetic, passionate, curious and detailed-oriented team player who has
A university degree in business administration or similar equivalent
1-3 years of experience in FMCG/Tobacco industry in Marketing/Trade Marketing
Brand Management experience is a plus
Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in German and English
MS Office knowledge (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular), SAP knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
