What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of a Brand Operations Associate to join our client's fast-growing team to help be the frontline for all customer contacts and queries, via email and chat in the Seller Central portal and own website. You will be working with our client that provides entrepreneurs and owners with the most efficient and lucrative way to sell their businesses. They are backed by a world-class group of partners and investors that have built leading companies.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness, a keen eye for detail, and should be able to work with different personalities.
In this role you will:
Manage end-to-end customer service experience on Amazon and DTC stores, with an eye toward fast resolution of customer contacts.
Deliver customers a positive and helpful experience through email. This includes handling returns, product replacements, and problem-solving.
Create relationships with our customers. Making them feel important, valued, and part of our family.
Help us grow! You will be hearing from our customers more than anyone - feedback on products, systems, and customers' experiences is encouraged and valued.
Build out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAQ documents to support process improvements as we continue to build and scale our CX function.
Alert Brand Builders to any account-level or product-level risks, appeal negative seller feedback, and seek out trends in root causes of negative product reviews.
Partner with Brand Builders on product-level profitability analyses, market research and product line expansions, and pricing/promotion planning on Amazon.
Monitor account health, seller feedback, and customer product reviews.
About You:
Experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
Experience with Amazon tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
Experience with customer service and customer relationship management through Zendesk.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets.
Highly organized with a critical attention to detail and impossibly high standards.
Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
Having any of the following certifications is a plus: Amazon Advertising Foundations Certification, Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification, Helium 10 Freedom Ticket
