IntroductionIn this role, you'll take ownership of the execution of marketing campaigns and operational tasks for your assigned brands under ZALORA's Growth Categories. You'll gain hands-on experience in campaign management, coordination, and exposure to the full marketing process, making this a strong foundation for your career in Account Management.Responsibilities:ZALORA Advertising Platform
Build relationships with brand partners and secure investments for the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) to improve their exposure and performance, while achieving advertising revenue targets.
Support brand management under ZALORA's key emerging categories: Kids, Accessories, and Beauty.
Create curated marketing plans that strategically optimize brand budgets, and present comprehensive findings through post-campaign reports, as well as quarterly and annual brand performance reviews.
Support other cross-category initiatives under Apparel, Luxury, Sports, and Shoes.
Liaise with the brand partners on other campaign and reporting needs.
Assist in creating co-marketing deals with brands, finding other avenues to increase the brand awareness of both our partners and ZALORA.
Campaign Management & Internal Collaborations
Run overall day-today operational campaign management, ensuring all brand campaigns are delivered effectively
and on time and properly distributed across all marketing channels. * Understand and utilize various analytics, reports, and platforms to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service/Experience, as well as Marketing channels (Performance Marketing, Onsite, CRM, Social Media, PR, Partnerships, SEO, etc.) to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management, however fresh graduates
may be considered for an entry-level position * Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative flair
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as their Google counterparts
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous and detail-oriented
A desire to gain hands-on experience with online marketing and web development strategies
A discerning eye for fashion and design
