KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market Establish strategic direction and program positioning Develops and executes programs, advertisement platforms, events, and promotions for the business branding Cultivates marketing partnerships to broaden the reach of the business brands Marketing Analyses Conducts regular marketing researches and analytics Ensures that the business brand marketing trends are updated Solidifies brand identity by ensuring consistent, and accurate development of marketing campaigns Determines marketing weaknesses and areas to be modified Financial and Budget Management Review of budgets on a per project basis Regular review of actual and running budgets per program Reviews budgets for the different programs Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or any related course At least five (5) managerial years of experience in all areas of Marketing, Communication, Public Relations High level of Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Knowledge on generally all human resource management facets, Computer literate, and with above average communication skills both oral and written WORK LOCATION Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Mall of Asia Arena Annex Building, Pasay City (Head Office).
