Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Responsibilities
1. Define, formulates, conceptualize, and execute a business plan and strategic development for the brand including but not limited to merchandising, product development, sales, and marketing
2. Ensures branding, prices, product, and product lines fall under the brand guidelines that resonate with current and potential customers.
3. Works with internal and external departments to achieve brand goals (sales, awareness, campaigns, social media, and content)
4. Controls and oversees the budget for merchandising and marketing aligned to brand KPI
5. Reviews performances and recommends appropriate actions for brand profitability, equity, and recognition.
6. Prepares brand reports (not limited to sales, budget, business reviews, and updates) as required
7. identifies a market for opportunities, and viable distribution monitors the performance of accounts/ channels and recommends appropriate action
8. Brand presentation materials and conducts brand/product orientation to all concerned parties both internal and external
9. Market insights and research - local and global, direct and indirect competitors for pricing, product lines, trends, etc
10. Recommend programs to drive market share
Skills:

Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
4 years of experience
