JOB OBJECTIVE
The Brand Marketing Asst. Manager will look after the general management of the emerging brands of BPC, focusing on demand generation, awareness, brand distinction and relevance. As Brand Marketing Asst. Manager, you shall ensure that the brand's marketing activities result in profitability and maximum volume of sales. You will also provide consulting services to various internal stakeholders especially within marketing, sales and operations teams.
TOP 4 ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Product Portfolio Development
- Continuous review and assessment of various channel insights and
identify complementing product to the current need.
- Assess current list of products and identify key channel or occasion that
will drive penetration
- Champion distribution and availability of the products.
2. Develop compelling consumer insights and apply them to the full marketing mix, which includes developing differentiated consumer-centric concepts, science-based claims, product consumption experience and packaging
- Consumer research and analysis
- Social listening and competitor analysis
3. Develop brand activation strategy and plans and lead its implementation across multiple channels and geographies.
- Annual business plan
- Marketing budget to support brand activities
- Creation and monitoring of activity calendar.
4. Lead delivery of in-market launches by working seamlessly across boundaries, functions, matrix structures, based in different geographies
- New product development
- Product trial and assessment
- Market research and analysis
