Salary: PHP18,000 - PHP20,000 a month
Reports To: Brand Management Line Manager
Primary Relationships: People Management
Date: October 2022
Schedule: 9AM-6PM
Job Summary:
The Brand Associate is responsible for assisting with the execution of brand-related plans and initiatives to increase brand equity, including those that aim to boost employee happiness and brand loyalty. In addition, he or she assists to help the company gain valuable insights into the market. The Brand Associate works in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace, providing clerical and administrative support for a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to events development and overall online and offline employee satisfaction surveys and activities.
Helps to execute events to communicate company culture to employees.
Participate in collecting employee satisfaction surveys and feedback.
Participate in events to develop organizational capabilities to deliver consistent employee satisfaction. * Research and generate industry-related content for the companys social media handles.
Propose blog posts, social media captions, and internal management announcements and submit them to the Brand Manager for input and approval.
Write with clear branding copy to promote Clark Outsourcing by ensuring all-around consistency in writing style, fonts, and tone of voice.
Coordinate with the brand manager, graphic designer, and web developer for website content.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a brand associate or similar roles.
Social Media Unicorn (IG, FB, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, TWITTER).
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Basic editing skills in Canva.
BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with great initiative.
Team player with a high sense of work ownership.
Ability to adapt to fast-changing updates on social media platforms.
