Attend to player's concerns at all times regarding the machines and games.
Provides game instructions to customer or players.
Attend to the machines concern & any request or problems of the site.
Account and place flashcards on top of the machine and replace if needed.
Check if the machines have any kind of malfunction and/or damaged parts. Report to team leader & helpdesk.
Monitor competitor's machines, games and features, numbers of active players, promotions and players feedback.
Conduct new game launch, new feature launch and marketing promotions effectively.
At least 2nd year College Level
Good communication skills
With experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
Willing to be trained in Pasig City.
Willing to travel.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule/weekends/holidays.
