The Branch Specialist is responsible in assisting effective operations of the Trading Store and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Manager and other point persons. The Branch Specialist is responsible in assisting the Manager for meeting the sales quota by acquiring customers and maintaining accounts through excellent customer service. The Branch Specialist shall also help in overseeing the store team.
Financial
1.1. Reach the branch' daily, monthly and yearly volume target
1.2. Reach the target GP rate assigned to the branch
Customer
2.1. Manage customers, assist in order taking and consolidation
2.2. Acquire customers with a monthly target
2.3. Ensure customer service satisfaction
Cash Management
3.1. Assist in deposit and withdrawal of cash in the vault with approval of the Manager
3.2. Reconciliation of daily sales remittance
3.3. Endorsement of cash to bank representative for cash pick-up
3.4. Handling of petty cash and change fund with approval from Manager
Store Management
4.1. Ensure cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the branch is sustained at all times
People Management
5.1. Assisting the Branch in overseeing daily performance of the team
5.2. Provides or shares expertise that would help the branch team in its operation
5.3. Helps to ensure compliance to YOMCI Code of Conduct including attendance
5.4. Assists in facilitating weekly branch alignment
5.5. Performs other tasks as may be assigned
Reporting
6.1. Review and finalize SOD and EOD reports to be submitted.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any college course
• Have 2 years of relevant experience in cash handling and inventory management
• Have experience in handling a team
• Willing to be on branch duty
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of reliability and integrity
