BRANCH / SHIFT MANAGER
The Job:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the store. Plans, organizes and leads as necessary to achieve profitability and sales targets. Mobilizes people, systems and processes in the store in order to conform to set quality management standards.
The position is in-charge of the following key results areas:
Sales forecasting, cash and cost management
In-store Marketing execution
Restaurant Systems Training and Execution
Store team communication and cascade
Staffing and scheduling
The Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in HRM, Food Tech and Nutrition
Experience: At least 2 years Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
