The Branch Secretary shall be responsible for ensuring that all cash collections are safeguarded and protected. She should ensure that all transactions are entered into the POS. Secretaries are also responsible for efficient the filing and record keeping of important company documents, and maintaining an effective Inventory system. The secretarial job also requires the provision of technical support for photo editing.
