How you'll contribute Maintains a proactive and firm business stance in relation to industry competition, market conditions, and other external factors so threats are addressed and strengths and opportunities are maximized Builds stickier relationships with existing customers thru regular visits and review of their financial condition in order to maximize and expand business prospects Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups thru active and collaborative undertaking resulting in successful cross-sells Employs accurate profiling of prospects thru objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities so we may properly address clients' needs and be able to maximize their potential Solicits new to bank customers by effectively presenting the bank's products and services as solutions to clients' needs thereby substantially improving customer base Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. What we're looking for Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course Must have at least 2 years relevant experience marketing products and services of a bank or any financial institutions Knowledge of basic banking principles, sales process, and trading area Should be resourceful in getting new accounts and clients regardless of location Must have high passion in sales and excellent in the negotiation Should provide and execute speedy and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints Must be able to work and build strong channels of communication with other agencies/units #LI-MF1 #LI-Onsite
