DEVELOP & EXECUTE: Develop local market understanding to help in the development & execution of marketing programs . ENGAGE LOCAL COMMUNITY Communicate with relevant entities within the trading area: local market segments, private offices, organizations for the development of loyalty programs . RECOMMEND & EXECUTE MARKETING PLAN Recommend & execute a comprehensive local store marketing program to support the business objectives of the store . PROCESS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS Process the local implementation requirements of the marketing programs (re marketing collaterals received from head office marketing to fit local requirements, secure permits, etc.) . EVALUATE PROJECTS Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities implemented in the branch in terms of sales effect & cost (identify reasons for success or failure) Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent . At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a managerial role is required for this position . Candidate must be a self-starter, with above average communication and leadership skills . Ability to work in a fast paced environment highly-creative and with collaborative attitude . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .
