JOB TITLE:       Branch Officer-in-charge
Career Summary:
To manage assigned branch by ensuring collaborative working relationship, excellent customer satisfaction while meeting target monthly branch sales.
Job Description
Perform various face and body skin care treatments (basic and advanced)
Required to render 6 working days with shifting schedule
To provide assistance to Beauty Therapist and monitor their overall performance
Boost sales and ensure that the target monthly sales is met.
Provide ways to increase or augment new customers and ensure how to maintain existing and loyal customers
To handle and provide reports for the branch sales and expenditures
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
College Graduate preferably of Science or related degrees, such as Nursing, Midwifery, Physical Therapy, etc.
Preferably assistant managers or supervisors with 1-year experience of handling 3 to 5 staff members.
Expertise or working background on facial care & skin analysis consultation is an advantage.
