BRANCH MANAGER
 
Work Location: Carcar City, Cebu
Pay Range: 40,000 - 45,000
Summary:
Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and revenue, excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks and developing competencies of branch employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for efficient & effective store operations of the branch
Ensures stores are in excellent condition in terms of customer experience, displays, cleanliness, housekeeping, proper use and maintenance of company assets
Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered to all customers
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and drive repeat business
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Drive sales initiatives, upsell opportunities, and group bookings to maximize revenue generation
Participate in local community events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, merchandising and customer service strategies
Manage budgetary responsibilities, including revenue forecasting, expense control and cost management
Analyze financial performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Strategize and control inventory levels and purchasing to optimize operational efficiency and minimize waste and loss
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to the store-level teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with the corporate teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless implementation
Devise and/or coordinate appropriate training of staff that will improve performance and increase in productivity talent pipeline of future store officers
Optimizes the use of manpower resources - including scheduling & balancing. Approves work schedule and ensures availability of store personnel at any given time
Maintains an open communication line to foster positive attitude towards company goals
Conducts regular store audits to ensure compliance with standards
Develops and maintains customer profiles, business planning and review presentations
Monitors competitive price actions plan in responsible geography
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations in a management capacity
Proven track record of driving sales, profitability and operational excellence in a retail environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights in decision-making
Familiarity with retail industry best practices, inventory management and merchandising strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail or Operations Management, Marketing or a related field
Must be willing to work onsite and work full time
