BRANCH MANAGER for Banilad
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible with regard to the functions of the Banilad Branch and its Business Units (DIY, Showroom, Lighting System, Project).
Formulates and executes strategic initiatives as requirements for continuous improvement in business processes of the business units.
From time to time recommends new strategies and work processes to enable the units to function optimally
Coordinates and facilitates communications with the functional works of all other business units in so far as the operations and projects of the Banilad Branch is concerned.
Responsible for the accomplishment of the Strategy Map/Strategic Objectives, Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Strategic Initiatives as presented in detail in the Balanced Scorecards.
Actively enforces customer care and customer service at all times in all areas.

Initiates physical analysis of the DIY area for floor planning and other required modifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female
A graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course
At least 5 years of related work experience preferably in the retail industry
Willing to be assign anywhere in Cebu.
Very good leadership skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills, and customer relations skills.
Very adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
Very keen with details, highly organized, and good time management skills.
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Basic knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
