Job Summary : The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location. Oversee all the operation of the branch to ensure that sales goals are met, and the tasks are performed efficiently. Also leading and motivating his employees.
 
Qualifications:
·        A graduate of any Business-Related Courses.
·        2-3 years of solid experience in the same field.
·        Knowledgeable on conflict management, problem solving and data analysis.
·        With good communication & interpersonal skills.
·        Able to comprehend administrative & clerical procedures.
·        Proficient in using MS Office (e.i. excel & word).
·        With excellent negotiation, management and leadership skills.
·        Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·        Will be assigned in TRES FUENTES ST., BRGY.LANTAD, SILAY CITY 6116
