Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate
Solid hands-on management in the freight forwarding industry
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position
Good relationships with shipping lines/transport services/agents, good knowledge in logistics business (warehousing, domestic operations, customs declaration, etc.)
Effective communication and strong coordination skills
Excellent business development mindset
Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is a must
Lives in/willing to work in Cebu or Cagayan de Oro
Responsibilities
Manage and control the over-all activities of the branch
Build and develop the business and expanding the client and agency network
Leading sales department to achieve the set sales target
Provide operational direction, coaching and support to all staff
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
In charge and fully responsible of the branch's financial activities
Maintain professional internal and external client relationships that meet company core values
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
