JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION
Responsible to directly supervise the day to day operations of the branch, to maximize sales and profitability in accordance with Company policies and procedures including customer service and satisfaction; and directing and training and developing branch personnel; to control all variable expenses; to promote a pleasant and productive work environment within the store
 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports;
Maximize customer satisfaction with exceptional service and a  quality environment
Achieve high sales revenues, gross profit, and expense lines within the store.
Supervise store personnel and ensure their attainment of high individual productivity and achievement of the duties and responsibilities contained in their job description
Maintain favorable store relations by dealing with customers directly and fairly, representing the store in positive, results-oriented activities.
To ensure that all Company policies and procedures are followed in all aspects of the operations and ensure that all branch personnel understand and comply with all the rules and regulations.
Working within the company policy, preserve the security of all Company assets.
To ensure housekeeping and operating standards are maintained to provide satisfying working and shopping environment.
To properly monitor development/changes particularly on prices of items, promos and incentives being offered by competing stores.
Develop promotional concepts, programs and plans to be competitive with other stores
To check availability of stocks and maintain stock level of inventory.
Maintain personal contact with customers and all employees on the sales floor to ensure customer satisfaction and to act as a positive role model for all personnel of the store
Establish direct contact and open communication to PC Chain main office
To submit semi-monthly accomplishment report concerning the above stated responsibilities.
Additional duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2-3 years experience with the same field.
Knowledgeable in IT Products is a plus.
