Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the entire operation of the branch to ensure that it is properly aligned with the strategic and policy direction of the group and in conformity with the company's requirements and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures achievement of Sales quota, both on Vehicle Sales and Parts and Accessories
• Monitors Administrative-related expenses and the operational cost (utilities, office repairs and equipment purchases) within the office
• Monitors the Attendance Performance and the Over-all Performance of the personnel assigned from time to time in the Office
• Monitors employees adherence to company policies and standards
• Oversees the establishment, updating and expansion of after-sales customers database
• Institutes a system of monitoring the status of after-sales customers' database
• Coordinates with the General Manager for the planning and implementation of necessary programs and projects of the organization
• Networks or establishes tie-ups with individuals, groups, insurance companies and/or other institutions which may be directly or indirectly affect and/or support after sales operation
• Provides regular updates to the GM/President on the status or outcome of networking initiatives
• Attends MANCOM meetings and other official activities, as directed or needed
• Attends company and plant-initiated trainings, and after sales-related activities, as directed/needed
• Represents the dealership to external functions involving Sales, Service, Admin, and other matters as directed/needed
• Undertakes self-improvement initiatives to promote continuing professional growth and personal development
Job Specifications:
• A graduate of any 4-5 year course.
• Has at least 5 years of relevant work experience, 3 years of which are in managerial capacity
• Has strong customer service and results orientation
• Has high level of team leadership, critical thinking, managing change, strategic planning, and integrity
• Has strong business sense

Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Communication and persuasion
