Job Description
Position is responsible for the over-all performance of the branch. Oversees the general profitability and
production of the branch and ensures that operations are at optimum levels and the branch's resources are
maximized to achieve the goals and objectives of the branch; identifies and pursues new business opportunities for
the branch.
Probationary for 6 months

General Responsibility:
100% achievement of monthly renewal and new business quota

Overall management of branch operations
Graduate of any management course
Average to High Sales aptitude
Strong Customer Focus
Has strong sense of Business and Results Orientation
With proven sales experience of at least 5 years, preferably 3 as unit/branch manager
 Non Life insurance experience an advantage
