ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Support the branch management with its various administrative tasks
· COORDINATE BRANCH COMMUNICATIONS
Manage branch communications, such as email, items for approval/signature, memos, permits, MSAS, correspondences, etc.; direct inquiries received by OBM to appropriate divisions
· CONSOLIDATE OPERATIONAL REPORTS
Consolidate OBM reports, prepare minutes of the meeting, SRF, items for submission, etc.
· MAINTAIN FILES & DOCUMENTS
Maintain, secure, & update files of the branch, ensuring availability & confidentiality of information
· PREPARE LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prepare & coordinate logistical requirements of meetings, travels, & other operational activities; keep area clean & organized
· MANAGE SUPPLIES
Prepare & submit supplies requisitions, with reference to approved budget, & monitor consumption of such
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
· Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience.
· Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
· Computer literate
· Strong communication skills
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store BUTUAN
