Job Description
Responsible in assisting the AVP Finance through the supervision of the Finance Manager in maintaining the controls and policies of the branch by effectively and efficiently reviewing the branch activities thru regular review and monitoring of branch compliance of company policies and mandated Nestle standard KPI'S. Ensure regular conduct of field sales audit specifically on Master coverage plan compliance, Cycle plan execution, ICE compliance, SFA compliance, cash vault compliance, Trade Receivables confirmation, Unapplied Credit Notes confirmation, Bounced Checks confirmation. Also, ensure regular review of the accuracy of Ex-truck and Warehouse Count and Reconciliation. Review and monitor compliance of nestle standard inventory level or Days Cover, Daily Cycle Count Result, Good stocks return, Hold Orders, sales order processing, Credit overrides and updates on CCA and CMF compliance, security control and other undetermined risk areas in operation.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting (Certified Public Accountant)
Minimum of 1 years job related experience (Not necessary)
Computer literate
