Department: Finance Location: Dumaguete City (WHSE2, Angatan, Tabuc-Tubig, Dumaguete City) Reporting to : Branch Finance Supervisor Role: 4months Fixed Term Contract WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE The position is responsible for the accurate and timely recording of branch receivables transactions and the establishment of accountabilities of branch personnel. Monitor compliance aligned with the company policies & procedures. The position should be filled out based on the current numbers of Direct Sales Operations (DSO) Sales Representative, with a ratio of one Branch Finance Associate for every five (5) to six (6) salesman. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES Perform duplicate check and customer requirements review upon opening and save supporting requirements in G Drive. 100% cash and credit customers have contact details and FSS validation achieved 99% quality of Accounts Receivable by year-end and minimize overdue accounts Any increase amounting to P10,000 of all overdue accounts (with assigned PSRs) from the previous weekly AR should be explained accordingly Timely reporting of PCV results from every Friday to BFS. Disputed transactions are reported to BFS as soon as discovered. 35 PCV calls minimum per day. All columns required should be filled out. Check Clearing (as soon as reflected in BS) Daily Revo validation. No pending items for validation. All customers beyond 30 days from the opening date without FSS validation should be blocked. No pending items for blocking. Non-acceptance of CWT with incomplete details and with erasures (without countersigned). No same person should create and approve CN/DN adjustments 100% route settlements by assigned PSRs per agreed RS schedule No adjustments after route settlement are saved unless system error Other tasks that may be assigned by his/her supervisor/manager. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or its equivalent. At least 1-year experience in a large multinational company or 2 to 3 years if coming from local or small to medium business Fluent English and Tagalog are essential Familiarity with any Business Accounting Software is a must With MS Excel expertise (Functions / Formula) Knowledgeable in credit management policies and procedures. Good understanding of integrated systems (e.g. ERP). Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage. Good communication and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
