A bachelor's degree in accountancy, business administration, management, finance, economics, or any similar discipline is required for this position.
A master's degree in business administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
Certification/professional license (Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and/or Juris Doctor) is preferred but not required.
At least 10 years of experience in branch banking operations in a managerial capacity.
Strong ability to lead and manage teams.
Responsibilities:
Branch Operations: Assist the BBG Head in the branch operation aspect by ensuring that the branches and their support units strictly adhere to approved and established policies and procedures of the bank in their day-to-day operation.
Talent Management: Conducts pre-audit examinations of all branches as necessary.
Customer Service Functions: Acts on/reports branches' clients' complaints and resolves them immediately within the specified period.
Centralized Clearing Unit Management: Implements effective workflow of clearing operations into operating efficiency and cost-effective processes.
Cash Management Unit: Conceptualizes and implements policies that promote effective workflow of cash management operations into operating efficiency, cost-effective processes, and safety of cash, personnel, and other assets of the bank.
