Duties and Responsibilities - BRANCH AUDIT SUPERVISOR
- Overall supervision of Branch Auditors in terms of performance and output.
- Conducts training to newly hired Branch Auditors
- Supervises monthly / quarterly Branch Audit Meetings.
- Prepares itineraries for random group audit visits.
- Performs branch visits at least twice a month.
- Schedules and supervises Field Audit.
- Review and approval of Branch Auditors' itinerary.
- Review Audit Findings Reports (AFR's).
- Review and preparation of Incident Reports (IR's).
- Coordinates with the Branch Operations Manager (BOM) and National Sales Manager (NSM) regarding audit concerns.
- Monitoring of Branch Auditors and ensure the accuracy of their reports.
- Ensures that Branch Auditors strictly follow the same procedure and report format.
- Prepares and approves Branch Auditor attendance.
- Approval of Branch Auditors' cash advances, liquidations, reimbursements, and sick & vacation leaves.
- Maintains Audit Files (e.g. Memorandum, Reports, Itineraries, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by the Audit Manager.
